A little clarity
On your mind? Let’s talk about it.
Starting something new comes with questions. Here are the ones families ask us most.
Is my first home visit really free?
Yes — always. Your first home visit costs nothing and comes with no obligation. Your physiotherapist listens to your concerns, assesses your movement and explains a plan. You decide afterwards whether you’d like to continue.
How do I book my free first visit?
Fill in the short booking form on this page, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 74411 11488 (Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm). Share your area in Pune, your concern and a preferred time, and our team will confirm your visit.
Who comes to my home?
A qualified physiotherapist visits you at home. Every visit is one-to-one, with your physiotherapist’s full attention from start to finish.
What does it cost after the first visit?
Pricing depends on your location and care needs. After your free first visit, we share a clear per-visit fee — and the visit frequency your physiotherapist recommends — before any paid session begins.
Which areas of Pune do you cover?
We visit homes across Pune, including Kothrud, Baner, Bavdhan, Wakad, Hinjawadi, Aundh, Shivajinagar, Deccan, Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Kondhwa, Katraj, Sinhagad Road, Warje, Karve Nagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Wagholi. If your area isn’t listed, message us and we’ll let you know whether a visit is possible.
What should I have ready?
Wear comfortable clothes and keep a mat or bedsheet, a sturdy chair and a little space to move. Have any relevant prescriptions, scans or discharge summaries handy. Your physiotherapist brings the equipment needed for your session.
Can I book care for my parents from another city?
Yes. You can arrange a visit for your parents in Pune from anywhere. We coordinate the visit with your family and can share progress updates with the patient’s permission.
How many sessions will I need?
Your needs, goals and progress determine the plan. Your free first visit helps your physiotherapist recommend a starting schedule, which is reviewed as you progress. Recovery timelines vary from person to person.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You can contact us directly. If you have a prescription or post-surgical protocol, share it with your physiotherapist. Some conditions need further medical assessment or clinic equipment; we discuss this with you when appropriate.
